16. What is your Cancellation and Refund Policy?

• More than 17 days before the departure date: 100% full payment can be refunded
• Within 16 days and 7 days before arrival: 50% of total tour cost is charged
• Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of total tour cost is charged

• Domestic Airfare is completely non-refundable
• A 5% bank charge will be applied to your transaction
